in a groundbreaking move to shape the future of work, the African Centre for Data Science & Analytics Ltd. (AfriCDSA) and Corporate Career Academy Limited (CCA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance training and employability for marginalised groups, including Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and refugee communities.
The agreement, signed today, March 7, 2025, marks a strategic collaboration to equip underserved populations with essential digital and soft skillsโkey competencies in an evolving job market increasingly driven by automation, artificial intelligence, and remote work.

The MoU will cement a longstanding collaboration between organisations that have impacted thousands of in and out-of-school youth. It highlights the commitment to inclusivity and equity in the quest to transform Africa as the home of skills. As the demand for digital and soft skills rises, this initiative positions marginalised communities for greater participation in Africa Agenda 2063.
