The program is designed to empower educators and career practitioners with the latest tools, skills, global best practices and insights on the future of work to effectively guide learners, guardians and parents in making
informed suitable career decisions on subjects’ selection, career paths and career clusters aligned with global market demands.
To date, more than 400 Educators from across East Africa have been certified. Our facilitators include Certified Career Analysts, Career Coaches, Talent Managers, Psychologists, HR Leaders, Life Coaches, and seasoned Educators. Program Graduates gain access to our AI-powered Career Assessment Platform, Global Career Library and future of Job Skills which enhances the guidance process through personalized insights.
