Dr. Livingstone Makori is an award-winning corporate leader and Career Development enthusiast dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve employability, make informed career choices, embrace leadership, and live purposeful lives. He has been recognized globally with distinctions including Founder of the Year in Career Development (World School Summit, Dubai, 2025), Business Leader of the Year (2024), Social Impact Award (2023) and a PhD in Career Development from Maryland State University, USA. He is currently a PhD Scholar in Leadership and Governance at Daystar University and also holds an MBA, Chuka University and a Bachelor of Commerce, Egerton University

Together, they have mentored over 1 million students and youth Across East Africa, impacting 60+ institutions of learning and capacity building for 400+ certified career Counsellors equipping them with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to thrive in corporate roles, entrepreneurial ventures, and leadership positions.
With over 15 Years experience spanning leadership roles in the Financial services industry, Higher Education, Alumni Leadership, student leadership, Training and Teaching .Dr.Livingstone Makori actively contributes to shaping leadership education and industry by participating in university curriculum reviews and designing tailored career mentorship programs for organizations, Participating in Human Development conferences and industry speaking engagements in effectively bridging the gap between talent potential and corporate objectives.
