Dr. Philip Pande is a globally recognized mentor, educator, and leadership facilitator, celebrated as Outstanding Mentor of the Year at the 23rd World School Summit. He serves as the Executive Director of the Corporate Career Academy (CCA), where he leads transformative programs in career development, mentorship, and youth empowerment. A Human Edge-trained and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Certified Mentor, as well as a NITA-accredited trainer, Dr. Pande has directly impacted over 100,000 young people worldwide, guiding them toward employability, leadership, and purposeful living.

He was the Lead Facilitator of the PYLIEMgv program, implemented by the Cabinet Affairs Office in the Executive Office of the President, where he has delivered more than 200 workshops for emerging leaders across 37 of Kenya’s 47 counties. His influence extends globally, having served as a volunteer mentor with the Asia Foundation and as Technical Lead for UNICEF’s Generation Unlimited 2.0.

Dr. Pande’s leadership journey began early, earning him the prestigious EU-Champion tag as the youngest senate member in 2014. He is also an alumnus of the Ashoka Changemakers Everywhere Academy, where he deepened his expertise in systemic change and social innovation.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Service (Maryland State University, USA), a B.A. in Economics and Sociology (Chuka University), and is a finalist in the MSc. Leadership and Governance program at JKUAT.

Certified Career Counsellor . She holds an MSc in Climate Change and Sustainability and a BSc in
Meteorology. At Corporate Career Academy, she specializes in career counseling, employability skills
training, and youth mentorship, guiding learners and professionals to unlock their potential and align
their strengths with emerging opportunities in the evolving world of work.
With extensive experience in capacity building, academic administration, and project facilitation, Phoebe
combines evidence-based career guidance with practical expertise in life skills development,
entrepreneurship training, and leadership coaching. Her holistic approach empowers individuals to
achieve both personal growth and professional readiness.
Beyond her professional role, Phoebe actively engages in community mentorship, environmental
advocacy, and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving at the Ministry of Environment in Nairobi, she is
committed to nurturing talent while promoting sustainable development.

Dr. Joyce Wangari Ngugi

Dr. Florence Ambayo is a distinguished Clinical Psychologist and Certified Career Counsellor with over 15
years of experience providing transformative mental health care and career guidance across diverse
populations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nairobi, a Master of Arts
in Counseling Psychology, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from USIU–Africa.
Her expertise lies in supporting adolescents, youth, and families, integrating psychometric assessments,
evidence-based therapies, and coaching techniques to help students make informed career decisions
while fostering resilience, clarity, and confidence. She has successfully guided learners through critical
life transitions, aligning their strengths and aspirations with meaningful career pathways.
Dr. Ambayo is also a highly sought-after trainer and facilitator, partnering with institutions such as
AWARD, CFAT, and Umande Africa Institute. She leads flagship leadership and mentoring programs and
conducts workshops on mental health, emotional well-being, and career development. A Certified MBTI®
Practitioner, Certified Career Analyst, and accredited Life Coach, she blends psychological expertise with
