About Michael
Michael Maina Wambui is a dynamic educator, counsellor, and leadership coach dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. He is the Founder of Nawiri Educareers and Wellness and a Certified Career Counsellor by Corporate Career Academy, with over a decade of experience in education, counselling, and organizational development. Michael provides evidence-based career guidance, standardized psychometric assessments, mental wellness support, and leadership coaching to students, professionals, and institutions.
As a trainer in the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), he equips teachers with skills in assessments and 21st-century pedagogy, enhancing both teaching and learning outcomes. His expertise spans career counselling, curriculum consultancy, teacher training, counselling guidance, and character and leadership development. Passionate about transformation, Michael designs and delivers programs that build essential skills, promote well-being, and inspire growth in a rapidly changing world.
